I'm very disappointed with Samsung's Customer Serv

Electronics and household app.

The screen of my phone broke when it fell, I took it to the Samsung store in Eastgate and was told to take to the Customer Service Centre in 14th Avenue because it will be fixed quicker while I wait and that that option will be cheaper.

When I got there this Tuesday, I was told that it would take 2 - 3 hours to get a quote and to fix it. So because I live in the East and the service centre is in the West - I thought I'd linger around that area to pass the stipulated time for fixing. When I got back there after 3 hrs - no phone or quote was ready. I was told to come back the following day. Yesterday, I couldn't go back so I thought I had bought them some time by going back there today on a third day.

I got there and was told that the phone was not ready and they never emailed me the quote as well in the past two days for the work to start. Today, I signed the quote and they promised to call me back with the progress. I have not heard from them until now and they didn't have the decency to apologies for this inconvenience.

Samsung must not claim to fix things in 2-3 hrs if they actually mean days. I really thought highly of them - now I'm livid and very disappointed.
