Beyond bad service

The screen on my Samsung 10.1 Tablet is shattered. I contacted the SAMSUNG store in Canal Walk I was told to contact the SAMSUNG-SMART care offices. I had my driver drop off my Samsung Tablet 10.1 there with a very comprehensive note of what I needed. 3 working days later I had to call to find out what was going on because no one had bothered to contact me. I was greeted with a "Hello" and for a moment thought that I had the wrong number? A very frustrating phone call ensued with no information gathered other than my tablet was atleast on their premises. I was told that someone would call me back. Shortly after that a techincian called to say that I would receive my quote that same day. No follow ups, explinations or apparent interest or urgency from anyone to acquire my business for a further week and a half. Last night I received the quote after having to make 2 more calls.. I sent an email expressing my utter disgust and recieved a reply back with a weak explination of backlog and unforseen circumstances and a offer to now requote me at a cheaper price???

WHAT THE IS GOING ON WITH SERVICE DELIVERY IN THIS COUNTRY???
