As per insurance claim that was paid to your store, in Woodlands I had a choice between a JVC and Samsung.

I Took the JVC because its a LED 100mz tv but to my surprised this was not the case and the Tv is a 50 Mz but was not indicated that it was a 50mz but a 100mz.

Please advice urgent as i will take this to the media i am extremely... about this. I Will also send the photos and complaint on the social network. So that people can be warned and think twice before purchasing at Sounds Great.
