Poor service and no calls back

Good day, i complained on Monday to LG about my broken dishwasher. The clowns at your repair centre here in the western cape told me i must wait 4 days. I tried complaining to your head office and left many messages and your guy David has yet to call me back. Absolutely pathetic, going to the newspapers and social media as this is not service.

Dishwasher is broken now and i have tried in vain to get someone to repair it.
