Service does not get worse than this!

Electronics and household app.

23/3/2013 I bought a Samsung Dishwasher. The door is faulty &the unit is leaking. I logged a query (ref 4132595449) on 8/4/2013. I was told that the Repair Centre (User Electronics) will be in touch. 48 hrs later - still nothing. I once again called Samsung, &was advised by Nonhlanhla that User Electronics has not even acknowledged the request, but I should just wait for them to do so. I then advised the Call Centre agent that I do not wish to make use of User Electronics - if I have to beg them to do their job I am really not intersted. I have had previous dealings with User Electronics &the service was pretty much beyond pathetic.

Nonhlanhla then said i HAVE TO use User Electronics, I have no choice, &when asked if I can speak to a Manager she &said there were no supervisors / managers. I then got put on hold by her indefinitely. I tried calling Head Office - the switchboard lady was even more unhelpful and transferred me 3 times to the Call Centre AFTER I specifically asked her not to.

Eventually I spoke to a Supervisor (after dealing with this pathetic service for 90min) & miraculously there is another Repair Centre I can deal with.

I cannot wait to move to LG!!
