Taking a month to repair a phone

Good morning,

Please could you assist me?

I have taken my Samsung S3 to Flash Cellular Constantia Village for repairs, it worked for a month and then had to be returned.

It has been with the repairs people both in CT and now is in JHB for almost an entire month.

The staff at Flash Cellular are amazing and have tried their utmost to keep me updated however I am getting really frustrated and rather tiresome waiting for my phone to be repaired and returned.

I have truly been patient through this process but as we are getting nearer to a full month of being without my phone I am finding it incredibly hard to be understanding and keep my composure.

I would like to know what you plan on doing to ensure the phone is repaired correctly, how long will it take to be returned and if all else fails could my phone not be replaced with a new unit?
