Phone in for repairs for over a month and it

I sent my phone in for repairs about halfway through December (it was less than six months old). I received it back today (31-Jan).

I sent it in for some heavy software issue where it was constantly resetting and even at one point it wiped itself completely. There were even times where it would refuse to hook up to the cellular network.

So I've had the phone on for a few hours now and it has restarted twice for no reason and I've had it hooked up to the cellular network for a mere minute and it restarted itself again.

Basically my phone hasn't been repaired. It got sent in for repairs with the wrong IMEI number, which delayed the actual repair. My phone couldn't get repaired by MTN so it had to get sent to HTC. Bafana promised me on more than one occasion that he'd bring it to my office when it was done. It was done on Monday but today I had to go and fetch it myself. It's been with MTN for over a month!

So let's not beat around the bush, I'll be satisfied if MTN takes this phone back and replaces it with another new one. Bafana did say to me that if it get's sent in within the six month window (Which is what happened) and they can't fix it they'll replace it.
