I purchased a sound system sound system that was supposed to have 160 watt rms output but to my absolute disgust it was only a fraction louder than a portable radio. I had it checked by sound engineers who agreed it was not right, i contacted samsung who politely told me that the SABS had given them a certificate t o say that the item in question had that specific output.
