I have recently purchased a samsung galaxy s4 GT I9505. i have dropped the phone and there has been dents and chips that i have noticed. i contacted a samsung service centre and they quoted me R1950 to sort it out. this is ridiculous! for a phone that costed as much as it did i think that the repair should be done for free further to that the consultant that helped me from their technical department seemed so confused. i heard that samsung sorts physical damage out for the gt i9500.. i would really appreciate if they could do so for the gt i9505 as well. quality is really bad. for an awesome brand i expected better... its sad really!
