Disappointed

I have recently purchased a Samsung galaxy S4 and love the Phone, however the phone accidentally fell down and the outer metal casing cracked. I contacted a samsung customer care service and told them about this and they quoted me. It is R2000 to repair. I feel that the quality of the metal casing isnt good considering that I paid a small fortune for the phone. Samsung should atleast have the decency to repair this for me as I have had many other phones and this has never happened... the s4 being the most expensive phone that I owned I expected better quality
