I've had my Samsung Galaxy S3 since November and I absolutely love my phone but on Monday morning it fell off the bed and the screen just cracked, it still works and I can still use it but it looks really bad and it seems as if the glass can fall out at any time. I phoned Samsung since the phone is less than a year old and they told me that they can't help it was my fault but they can repair it for R2200. I just want to know why the warranty does not cover accidents. Really disappoint in the quality of the glass because it was the 1st time the phone fell and the bed isn't even high but the glass almost completely shattered.
