Took my phone to samsung

I took my phone (S4) to Samsung in Fordsburg as there was something wrong with my battery. They changed my battery but told me there was something wrong with my software as well, and that is why my phone is not switching on. The re-loaded the software, but now the phone has no service and network. I then took it back to them and they could not fix my phone after they damaged it. I now took the phone to vodacare cresta and recieved a JOB number 9444230. so now i dont have a phone. Samsung S4 is suppose to be one of the best phones. i now really doubt it.
