Shocking service

Our dishwasher broke. We phoned Samsung who referred us to MM All Electronics. We paid their call out fee on Monday 2 Dec 2013 and we're told that they would come out on Thursday 5 Dec 2013. I took time of work, I work on contract so did not get paid. They did not arrive and when I called they forgot to put us on their route. They were going to call back to sort this out which they never did. Finally after numerous calls they promised to come out on Saturday at around 10:00. We got a call from the technician to say he cannot make it and will come out later in the day. Another day wasted. I called Samsung to complain and they were going to call me back. They NEVER did. Both companies have shown that their service is shocking.
