The worst customer service eve

Electronics and household app.

I went to the Istore in Centurion wanting to take out an MTN contract for an Iphone 5C.When they were busy processing the transaction, they realised that there was a hold on my ID number and as a result they could not process the transaction further. Fortunately I had an email from MTN's legal department explaining that the matter relates to a contract which belongs to my previous employer and needs to be removed from my profile as it does not relate to me. They indicated that the Istore needs to get in touch with them during office hours so that they can rectify it. Because I was there on a Saturday, the manager of the store said a lady called Mpho will call MTN on Monday and they will come back to me. What was is disturbing is that you could just see that they just want to get rid of you and they do not mean what they are saying. Since then I have called them more than 3 times and also went to the store in person 2 weeks and everytime I am told that I will get a call in 15 minutes, which has never happenned. This is the worst service I have ever experinced
