2 months and counting still not repaired

SERIOUSLY now how much longer do i have to wait to get my screen repaired on my phone
Lodged on 30/09/2013 and my screen is still not repaired at all

you are not holding up to your end of the bargain and i think its time that you settle this matter
im really not willing to pay for a contract if you not holding up your end of the bargain

my job number for repair at User Electronics are JOB14428.

The only reason they keep giving is no stock no stock
