Gives me badley damaged replacement tv

Ooked in my sinotec tv via jhb repair centre, Bradley. Jobnr413319/jobcard95072CB on 12/11/2013. The capetown branch collected my tv and then contacted me to let me know my tv needs to go to jhb. This afternoon 06/12/2013 I received a badly scratched and not to mention dirty tv back-not my tv that I sent in for repairs. My tv was spotless with not a scratch or mark on it. I gave a copy to the capetown person who collected my tv. I took photos of my tv so I have the proof of the condition it was in when it left my possession. This is not my tv. And I dont want a damaged replacement as alternative. Why was my tv not fixed? To give me a badly cratched replacement for yes a technical faulty spotless tv is unacceptable and beyond bad service. You could of at least replaced it with a unit that was in same condition as mine. I want this sorted or I will take my photos and proof and use every media source available to me to show what type of service Sinotec gives on their 5 year warranty tvs. I am in shock and utterly disgussed with the quality of tv I now sit with! I want this sorted ASAP.
