Poor Customer Service

Electronics and household app.

On Samsung Website is not user friendly. It states about free installation at certain stores when you phone the contact number on the website they say must phone another number as they are in a different building. When I spoke to a operator Raul about 13:00 on 29/11/13, he cannot understand what I am saying as he is not fluent in Enhglish. He does not know what I am talking about. I request for his manager to phone me but receive no call until 16:30 and she says they don't handle that in that building I must phone another number. The team leader has not phoned me as yet with feedback from my telecon.
Website should have numbers for different divisions as the cust is charged for these dif calls. Also they must have people who speak English fluently on the call centre. Their staff don't know about the promotion of free installation. It has a lot to desire as I am not going to purchase a TV from Samsung as I always like Samsung brand. There should be a toll free or share call number. for customers.
