Worst service

Electronics and household app.

Monday 18th Nov I went to Gateway iStore to have my Mac checked out for a trackpad malfunction. I was told my Mac needs to be backed up so it can be reformatted. I would need to go back the following day (Tuesday) and I would have to bring a hard drive along. I returned the following day and when I handed my hard drive to the iStore technical "expert", I was told that I can't use my hard drive and I would need to get a new/empty hard drive instead. Fortunately there were other apple "technicians" who argued amongst themselves but finally came to the conclusion together, that I could use my hard drive to backup. Then I was told the backup would take 5 hours, the technician couldn't be more phased and I asked why he couldn't have told me this the previous day because I couldn't wait there until my laptop was finished. I had to leave the store with my laptop backing up in my hands and RETURN to iStore the next day Wednesday. Back to the iStore I went on Wednesday with my backed up Mac and hard drive. I was told it would take 2.5-3hours to format!! And all the technician said was, "You can go watch a movie.". I had to leave, AGAIN, because I couldn't wait, I still sit with the problem.
