Unable to provide support

Electronics and household app.

After upgrading through Vodacom to the Samsung S4 I noticed that the phone had a buldge on the right hand side below the power button. I went into my nearest Vodacom store where they informed me that they can only replace the phone once it has been sent to Samsung which van take anywhere from 5 to 21 working days. We phoned Samsung asking them for assistance. They were unwilling to help us. We explained that this phone will be sent to them and thus need help as I can not sit without a phone whilst this is in progress. They informed us that there is nothing they can do about this. It is unacceptable that I now have to sit without a phone and a micro sim (which does not fit my old phone) due to a manufacturers fault!
