All too often we are quick to complain but not in this instance, Pick 'n Pay Edenglenare great! From the Owners, Managers, Supervisors, Butchery, Deli, Bakery, Cashiers and everyone else that works there-they will go the extra mile. Everyone greets you with a smile, has a friendly word to say, can share a joke-without going into detail-I am not well (MS) and they always ask how I am doing, can see when I am having a bad day, ask how my parents are-they just make you feel like you are important to them :)
One would think that suppliers, reps and agencies can't wait to fill orders at the beginning of the year, in my case it was an energy drink which changed agencies at the end of 2012, made other changes and did not bother to notify anyone, so 2013 arrived and no stock was available-I eventually contacted the company directly and was given the run around-no interest in their product being available!
Len & Peter (from Pick'n Pay Edenglen) managed to get to the bottom of the matter and within a few days I got a call that my stock had arrived. Other stores just do not share the same level of customer service.
