Beware when buying Anything from this store!

I bought a product from this store in ottery hyper and am extremly dissapointed. I puchase this device the 1 day i take it home test the decice and it does not work for the purpose i bought it for. I paid R300 for this device and the very next day i retuned it for a refund and they say sorry we cannot give you all your money back we have to
charge you a 20% handling fee for something i didi not even use! because it does not even work! I then only recieve R260 of the R300 i paid to this shop just a few hours ago.i thinkj they a bunch of. Pls beware if you plan on purchasing anything from this store, you might leave with no product and less money you initially paid them.
