On 7th March 2013 I booked my Samsung Galaxy S3 into the Sandton branch for repair as the headphone jack was faulty, at that point I asked the consultant how long it would take, to which he replied, 2-3 weeks. Having received no response two weeks later I followed up on the 22nd of March via the call centre and was told my phone would be ready for collection in two to three working days. Monday 25th March, I received an sms stating my phone was ready for collection, alas no phone at the store.

01 April I check again via the call centre whereabouts my phone was, since the phones in the branch were engaged.
After quoting my deal number I was informed by Tebogo my phone was in store. I once more go to the store only to be told my phone isn't there! This is a full month of being without a device I'm paying for on top of which I'm wasting my time and money driving up and down owing to your incompetence. If your courier has "lost" the phone please remedy the situation with a new device immediately. REF: #8629045
