A week after promising to contact me regarding my complaint, after having to log antoher complaint, a consultant calls and leaves me a voicemail simply regurgitating the response given to me on hellopeter.
REALLY Samsung? Is this the level of service you provide.
I am not satisfied with that response at all. I have had no phone for a month now and there is no urgency on your side to rectify the matter.
It seems you are unclear on what the problem is. I do understand the policy but my complaint clearly states that I was told differently by your staff on more than one occasion and subsequently purchased the handset based on the false information given to me.
I refuse to pay to have the handset repaired and my expectation is that you contact me with a more reasonable solution.
I am quite prepared to take this matter to the consumer council, as stated before it may be an unimportant matter for Samsung but it is a very important matter to me and I cannot accept such service.
