It's simple. I bought a Samsung washing machine in December 2012. There was a "30 Day Challenge" being ran by Samsung in which a R500 shopping voucher would be included with the washing machine. Every thing was delivered a promised, except I received voucher with a R0 balance. I have, for more than a month now, been calling the Samsung call centre and head office trying to get this voucher "activated", but I am always told "the matter is being escalated" - which has up until now solved nothing. I have tried to get in contact with the person who handles these matters (Mr Bradley Mackett), but I have only reached him once. He also told me the same "the matter is being escalated" story. I have never been able to reach him since - even though I call every single work day. This would be much easier if Samsung South Africa just outright told me to stop bothering as they certainly do not intend on solving this issue. Why they keep on lying to me is beyond me. If Samsung South Africa contact me due to this complaint, let it only be with the intention of telling me the issue has been solved. I do not want to hear any "escalation" statement again.
