I bought a TEAK stereo system/ dvd player from them.i am a single mother, asked the person for good advice on a system that will last me, value for money. The guy sold me a Teak. 13 months later the system broke. I took it back to them, they just said sorry out of gaurantee. He said he sill send it to the supplier and get a quote on repairs. I took the system in on 28/05/2013. I waited long for answer from them so on the end I went to them in person. He said that it's going to be more expensive to fix it than to buy a new one, because Teak is ALWAYS (why didn't they tell me this the day i bought it?) to fix. I went to pick it up some where in September, no one knew where the system was, they said they will find out and give me a call the next day... no body bothered calling me back the next day. Went there yesterday again, AGAIN no one knew where it was? He said he'll give me a call today. It's now 16h00, and AGAIN he did not call me back. I am sorry but this is not right. And only 1 month over the guarantee, nobody could do a thing? Or even TRY to help in some way, just shoulders up. Obviously I am not an important enough client to just once come back to me or do some effort.
