They are not interested - they phone me to fix it?

I submitted a call to their website and this person phones me. He gets me to open the box on the gate motor. He asks me to get a multimeter and to test the leads. When I cant get the results he then says that the beams are faulty and I must come and buy two new ones and replace them. Strange that he can make a call like this. No proper support for the product. Not really interested at all.

Firstly I am not qualified to do this. Secondly he was not sure himself of what to check. Thirdly the lack of respect and consideration by expecting me to do his work.

Dont buy from them.
