Bad service and incompimtent staff!

I received an Sms from PFK informing me that my tracking unit was faulty, i called them up over a dozen occasions with someone always promising to call me back with feedback to no avail not only that but when you call you get bounced around all the extensions with no answer. During the course of the month i called them again to check my unit by locating my car and once again i came up shorthanded as they "couldn't get a signal" i refuse to pay PFK any longer as I'm paying for nothing but empty promises from their lack of service from staff.
