Mastercare maintainance contract a waste of money

On 14th March 2013 I placed a request for the repair of my washing machine.
I heard nothing from yourselves until i called again on 17th - I was given this number 000 00673 advised to call Casim on 0114672580.He advised that he only fixes TV's.
The number that was given 0878039836 does not work, not answered.
Today is 20th i still have not heard from anyone and my machine is still not fixed. I have been given other numbers including the Area manager' Doreen 0878039829, this number just rings no one answers. Sending this to Hello Peter - i dont think it will make anyone sit up and fix the shody customer service that your Mastercare gives. I am not expecting any great shakes from you. neither a response. Emily
