Being ignored and lack of customer service

My fridge door discoloured by some means or the other and I sent out an email to the place I had bought it from and they linked me up with Hisense here in Durban. After a number of emails and a few telephonic conversations technicians came to inspect the fridge on two occasions and their findings were not particularly explainable as they had never seen this type of damage, they even tested the cleaning agents I use, but they still couldn't determine what caused the damage. Melissa is the person who had been responding to most of my emails and communication about this damage, she has insisted that I pay for the discolouring of the door even after her technicians suggested that the door be replaced. Furthermore the Chinese technician who came to inspect the fridge last damaged my fridge door further to the already existing damage by leaving quite a big scratch mark on the right hand corner of my fridge door which had escaped the discolouring. I have sent about two emails to Melissa and all the other people cc'd on y email after the Technician damaged my door and nobody seems to have responded to my mails. I need my door replaced ASAP so we can lay this matter to rest.
