SAMSUNG 65 INCH SMART TV NOT WORKING-NO FOLLOWUP?

I recently spent a HUGE sum of money on a premium 65 Inch Smart tv. Since i had it, it just turns off and on repeatedly after a few minutes of play, resulting in me turning the power off for days trying to rectify the problem. Technicians called with USB sticks trying to load the update, It has been doing the same thing for 10 days since the visit, with no follow up. I got a call Monday asking how good the service was, and i said that the Tv was not repaired, No one has followed up since and I now have no TV for the weekend.
Very Disappointing Samsung.
