Total RIPP OFF and artists... BEWARE

Ordered 1 iPhone 5s and paid R 6100.00. Was told 24-48 hours for delivery. I paid the invoice in full including shipping charges
After 2 days I was told to contact the courier company to pay Customs fees and duties.
Thank goodness I never paid this amount. They also told me I would be refunded the full amount.
The phone lines at Camera House are mostly on voicemail and when I am able to speak to Harry the sales manager they are rude and abrupt and tell me I must send my banking details and they will refund me -waiting... I will never deal with this rip-off company again.
