Please Assist

I must first off all say this is not a complaint, but I am still not totaly happy.

Last week I bought the samsung smart tv au46F8000.

Its telling me that a software update is available, I ran out got all this data that was very expensive as we all know to update the tv.

But even tho I selected update it used some of my data and the update failed.

As the tv is still new I would like samsung to come do the update at my house then Ill be happy.
