Sceptical at 1st but now a FAN!

The installers arrived at my home to try and resolve problems with my installation after using another company who spent 2 weeks trying to find out why I don't have any signal.

Within a minute of ariving at my home, the installer identified that a tree was likley causing obstruction to the signal to my sat dish. I shouted at him becuase this seemed unheard of to make a assesment so quickly without even testing any of the stuff in my home.

So this installer climbs the tree and cuts off a couple of braches. He spend maybe 10minutes at my house in total. Everything works perfectly, WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW.

He called his boss, and motivated that they dont take the voucher I purchased from Makro because the time spent was so quick and his boss agreed with him. I am posting this because whilst he was cutting my tree I decided to google them to see if they no what they doing and read all of the complaints on hellopeter. My expereince is so different from some of the complains. They had every right to charge me but did not and this was a pleasant surprise becasue I never asked for free work. I just wanted this thing to work.
