Samsung has greasy hands that doesn't cut it!

To whom it may concern,

I recently purchased a RSA1DTMG side by side fridge from the SAMSUNG outlet in Clearwater Mall. During winter it started to become apparent that the unit is not performing up to standard.

On purchasing new Samsung televisions from HIRCS, I asked for help and a service call was promptly opened for my case. Contact was made and explained that a service technician will visit me shortly and sort out my situation.

On further inspection I placed a series of thermometers in the fridge that shows 1 degree centigrade outside but inside the temp ranges from 7 to about 14 degrees as can be seen on the pictures. These temperatures also varies greatly form the top to the bottom of the unit.

A certain "Bright" contacted me only to explain to me over the phone that my fridge is working properly as it displays 1 degree on the display panel and that all my thermometers are incorrect. The problem being he does not even know what the Oregon Scientific thermometers are. Seeing that i need to speak to my neighborhood Samsung repairer again I went back to the repairer and explained my problem.
