WE'RE REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WAY YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE BADLY REPRESENTING SAMSUNG CORPORATION, ALSO WITH YOUR PRODUCTS WHICH LOOKS NICE BUT IS NOT AS RELIABLE AS WE THOUGHT.
WE HAVE ONE GALAXY S3 & S4 AND BOTH VERY NEW & GAVE US PROBLEMS ALREADY!
THE S4 HAS FEW MONTHS AND THE SCREEN BROKE SO EASY & AFTER SHUTTING DOWN BY ITSELF, WE'VE BEEN TOLD BY YOU THAT NEEDS TO REPLACE MAINBOARD!

I'll be frank again as always and hopefully we will together identify the improvements where need.
Firstly after what happened and after getting the feedback from Holly, I decided to go to Hellopeter.com and check about you guys. I looked only a few reports and i noticed you name is in the one attached (1-S4_Mother board_Samsung SA _ Complaint _Terrible service, which the subject is: "Terrible service (1 MTH and still no phone )".
Analyzing the attachment "Samsung SA Feedback & Analysis Report_7-10-13" we can easily see that why you did not see any problem with your subordinate attitude and you protected her.
Some of the highlighted one are, "Repairs/Servicing, Bad attitude, etc}
