Poor assistance in returnable goods

My farm is 250km from Pretoria town and we bought goods to erect an electric fence. As we don't live there we often had to sent material there with other people. As it happened we over-bought on some items. Now that I am finished with the project I wanted to return some of the excess, but MEPS are reluctant to help. Their owner, Chis, in Whiteriver 013-7512945 failed to return my calls after 4 times, as I wanted to discuss with him. We bought close on to R20k goods and the only accept returns in 7 days (it took me over 3 months to complete over the long distance) and will "hold a credit" I am not planning to electric fence again, so the credit woun't help. Its a view items that need returning. All item are sellable and useable again
