Samsung electronics bad service

Hi there i have purchased a double door fridge at Game in Zevenwacht a month and a half ago and i had a problem with the ice dispenser not working properly, i am till today waiting for someone to come out to check the fridge, i ave received numerous calls saying that they will be coming, i wait on the the day and nobody comes, this happened thrice already and i am sick of it now i pad cash for the fridge and its not a little, so i exspect service but i am so upset and digraced with the samsung service, i only use Samsung but im thinking of changing and telling all my friends to change also
