NO FEED BACK FOR OVER A WEEK

WE PURCHASED A SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE LAST YEAR AND ABOUT A WEEK AND A HALF AGO WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE MACHINE. WE WERE TOLD BY HOUSE & HOME WHERE WE PURCHASED THE MACHINE, THAT IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. THEY GAVE US THE NUMBER FOR SAMSUNG JHB. WE CALLED SAMSUNG IN JOHANNESBURG AND WAS ASSURED THAT SOMEONE FROM THE CAPE TOWN OFFICE WOULD CALL US BACK WITHIN 48 HOURS. AFTER 48 HOURS WE RECEIVED NO CALL. WE HAVE BEEN CALLING EVERY MORNING THEREAFRTER AND GET TOLD THE SAME THING THAT WE WILL RECEIVE A CALL BY THE END OF THAT DAY. WHEN WE ASKED IF WE COULD SPEAK TO A MANAGER ABOUT IT, THEY SAID THAT WE CANNOT, AND THAT WE SHOULD JUST WAIT FOR THE CAPE TOWN OFFICE TO GIVE US A CALL. ITS BEEN A WEEK AND A HALF AND STILL NO CALL. WE HAVE HAD TO GO TO A LAUNDROMAT AND PAY TO HAVE OUR WASHING DONE.
