I AM A PENSIONER AND I SPENT MY LIFE SAVINGS ON A TV AND WHEN 3 YEARS LATER THERE APPEARED TO BE A DEFECT IN THE SCREEN, I AM NOT GETTING ANYWHERE WITH THE SUPERVISOR AT THE CALL CENTER. I AM MOST DISAPPOINTED IN SAMSUNG FROM WHOM I BUY MOST OF MY APPLIANCES, NOT GIVING ME BETTER SERVICE AND A FAIR SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM. IT IS REALLY AFFECTING MY DAILY WELL BEING. THIS IS VERY SURPRISING AS I EXPECTED MUCH MORE FROM SUCH A LARGE AND LONG STANDING COMPANY THAT I USED TO SWEAR BY.
