You f up my washing machine when servicing it

Refer to my last complaint against you - the one where despite me cleaning my washine machine religiously, it still became infested with mould!!!

After fighting with you for weeks, it finally goes into the Woodemead service centre for a cleaning. Comes back today, and now the washing machine keeps throwing an error that there's no water in the machine while in actual fact, the water is about to overflow onto my kitchen floor!!!

I want reimbursement from Samsung for all the Laudromat bills that I have had to pay because of your S products and after-sales service! If I send it back, what the is going to be wrong with it when I get it back???!

IF and when you call me, there will be a VERY angry and rude customer on the other side of the line, because being nice never got me anywhere.

I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCTS AGAIN, because alongside the design comes the most incompetent servicing known to mankind!
