I ordered spares from Spares Attack 4 weeks ago and had to pay for the parts in full before they deliver. The courier costs was also to be paid by myself. The parts was delivered but it was totally the wrong parts. I phoned them and they said they will fix the mistake I must just send them a picture of the correct part which I did. 2 weeks after numerous telephonic discussions with Donovan, Penny and Ben I still did not have my parts. every time I phoned they told me it was on its way. Subsequently I drove from Nelspruit to Pretoria hoping to sort this out. Nobody was willing to come to the shop to see me. Eventually I followed there driver from the shop to a house where I met Ben the supposed owner. He promised me he will fix the problem himself. No surprise it was all a lie. I came back empty handed except for Bens promises he will sort it out. 2 weeks after this visit and I still have nothing. They will not return my money that I paid for the parts R 3000 as well as the delivery costs R 243. 00. Every time I phone I have to use a different number because if they see my number they do not answer my call. These people are liars cheaters and.
