Disappointed and Poor Quality Products

I have a brand new Samsung Galaxy S4, which is supposed to be one of the best phones on the market. I left the phone in my handbag and put my handbag in my car. When I looked again, my phone screen was broken. This happened without me bunping or throughing or doing anything to the phone. Surrely this is not acceptable?
