Bad service and my tablet still dont work!

I bought a Samsung Tablet last year November, 3 weeks ago I plugged it in to charge and the unit was not charging. I called Samsung service center who directed me to the Boksburg branch in the Terminal Shopping center. I was promised that this process will take 3 days at most. After 3 weeks and numerous calls form my side never a return call from there side. Every call was answered with a new story and new promise (that never realized). On Monday they called me and told me my Tablet was ready for collection and they fitted a new charging block, I picked it up and still not charging. I took it back the next day where they told me that they will test it and give me feedback. The next day I HAD TO CALL THEM AGAIN where they told me my battery has died and that I have to fit the bill for the replacement battery. I explained to them that this cost should not be my responsibility as the battery has died because of the charging block failing and my device lying there for 3 weeks, the lady advised that they will install a battery and I can pick it up. Got home still not working. Battery doesn't charge full and runs dead quickly.

This will be the last Samsung product I will ever buy!!!
