Useless I-phone 5

I received i I-phone 5 from Vodacom within 3 days the screen was cracked, also it constantly gives a message, no Service, and has to be rebooted, now this 3 day old phone is gonna cost R3400.00 to repair and because it has a small crack in the screen Vodacom will not look at the reception problem, I have a few friends with I-phone 5 and none of them are happy, I bought a I-phone 5 for my wife at the I-store within a month it gave no service message, and the phone had to be replaced for a new one, perhaps I-phone should be issued with a roll of Bubble wrap, it is the must flimsiest phone I ever had, I have a 4 year old BlackBerry I have dropped numerous times and it still works like a charm, and battery life at least 2 times of the I-phone, I think I phone is a peace of JUNK will not recomend it to any body
