To whom it my concern...

After reading Willie 12 (complaining customers story about his faulty NWZ 202) I felt that it's my duty to tel you that he is not the first customer which struggled with this product. It sounds exactly as bad as the service which I received from the same shop. My first device was NWZ 202 which was replaced after a very long and un-happy wait. The second time around the new device broke again. After another very long and un-happy wait and a heated argument with the Sales rep of the store I was given the second (newer version) generation of this product (NWZ 252). I just feel that all customers should be treated as equal and that he deserves better service and a better product just like me. After all if it wasn't for my love and publicity at the gym of this amazing product he would have never brought this device!! Please feel free to contact me as soon as possible so that i can provide the names and evidence of my claims (still got the original replacement slip of the swop between the new one and old one) and set the record straight. I feel very ashamed and embarrassed that I had recommended this product to good friends like this.
