Front-loader automatic washing machine (wasn't cheap either) - requires repairs and am unable to obtain spares to fix it ourselves or find a repair company. When you phone Samsung they refer you to ScreenVision being their distributor for parts. Their attitude is lax and have no sense of urgency and do not carry stock - one has to wait for 7 days or either they just don't have a particular part. Calling authorised repair companies doesn't help as they either don't exist anymore or their phones don't work - we tried 10 companies this morning. Speaking to the Samsung parts division, the manager the response once again is to contact ScreenVision and are not allowed to supply to the public directly - eventhough it was explained to them that ScreenVision are unable to supply nor can we get hold of a repair company. This is a vicious time-wasting unproductive circle with no positive outcome. This is not the first time that we have experienced a problem relating to repairs/spares. The washing machine is not even 5 years old and after sales are pathetic from both Samsung and ScreenVision. Waiting for 7 days without a replacement option is unacceptable.
