No delivery of ordered item

Like other people here I ordered the most expensive unit the site had to offer. I placed the order on the 3rd of January and after seeing the unit "in stock" on the website, I have still not received my item. I have no tracking number and the tel number on the website seems extremely dodgy!! I have tried calling the number numerous times and even though is within the specified working hours either don't get a reply and have to leave a message or I speak to a guy named Peter. I have had very few emails from a Jared and a Ryan also stating that my unit is stuck in customs. I have been before like this when I lived in New Zealand and am wondering if I am getting again??!! Today is the 23rd and I still don't have an answer as to where my unit is. I am considering going the same route and have the bank reverse payment.
