Door breaks after 5 washes

Was excited to buy a BRAND new Samsung 12pc dishwasher, actually PAYING MORE for it as I thought I was buying quality at Makro Centurion on the 23/07/2013. NOT EVEN A MONTH LATER AND AFTER 5 USES the door was not aligned properly and it had to be replaced. The door that is not even the machine. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE FOR A BRAND NEW MACHINE TO BREAK AFTER 5 USES? I also bought a 3D TV will that also break after 2 months???
I am very irate that I had to first of all struggle to get assistance for someone to come out being sent from pillar to post and then the door gets replace not even the machine replaced.
POOOR QUALITY ON ALL YOUR SIDES.
