NO after sales support and Totally incompatence

Electronics and household app.

Bought the latest Samsung Dishwasher on the 25th of July 2013. It had a faulty door and the pump needed to be replaced right out of the box. I lodged a complaint with Samsung. It took them 1 month to send an agent to come and see what the problem was. But by then I was away on work in Botswana. I then called them again and in 1 week they sent someone who said the front panel is faulty and the pump needs to be replaced. Only problem is this model of machine has had so many problems with it front panel they discontinued it and have brought out a new model.
They don't have parts for this model machine any more and have told me to pay more for the newer model swop or get your money back? That's not how it works! Replace it with the same item or with a better item is how it works! No names mentioned but Samsung seem to have a really bad name for client service it seems from all the shops I've been to. Managers say they would never buy Samsung because of this!! Makes you think.
They have now said they will upgrade my unit but if you look at the date I've still heard nothing...
