POOR POOR POOR SERVICE

Walter collected my dvd recorder om the 3rd of August 2012 for repairs. He said it would take 3 days to fix it. I phoned a week later and he said is waiting for a part, I must give him another few days. I phoned him a month later and he said he is still waiting for the part. I phoned him 2 months later and he said he will phone me back. It carried on like this. Today, 1 February 2013, I am still not in posession of my dvd recorder. He now says he can't find my recorder - there is only a LG recorder (I gave him a samsung) and furthermore, he said it is my own fault that it took this long I SHOULD have follwed up with him more often. I then reminded him that I phoned him every single month but he never came back to me. Anyway, he said he will keep looking for the recorder and then return it to me (I suppose without fixing it). I doubd if I will ever see my dvd recorder again - just wanted to warn everyone - it's either a or a case of POOR POOR POOR service.
